You have taken the first step toward healing and self-improvement. Whether you are feeling stuck due to an unresolved trauma, seeking guidance during a life transition, or simply determined to stay on the right path, I make a conscious choice to provide a safe space for you to find your way and discover freedom and peace. Talking with an unbiased, professionally trained therapist who can assist you with processing through current, past, or anticipated future life stressors can be of great benefit. Through individual therapy, we will collaborate together on increasing your self-awareness, strenghtening your ability to resolve problems, and finding your voice.
